NEET-UG 2026 · Chhattisgarh MBBS
A small, unusually transparent state list — including the most predictable private fees in the country.
Chhattisgarh is a short list and, for once, that is an advantage. Nine colleges, a government block anchored by the Raipur and Bilaspur institutions, and a private block that is easier to compare than almost anywhere else.
The reason is the fee. Chhattisgarh notifies a largely uniform private MBBS fee, so the private colleges here compete on hospital strength, clinical exposure and location rather than on who can quote the lowest number. That makes a like-for-like comparison genuinely possible.
How a seat is actually allotted
DME Chhattisgarh conducts the state-quota counselling for government and private medical colleges, publishes the state merit list from NEET-UG scores and notifies the fee applicable to private colleges.
| Route | Who allots it |
|---|---|
| State quota (85%) | DME Chhattisgarh, Raipur — state domicile and category verification |
| All India Quota (15%) | MCC, on NEET-UG merit |
| AIIMS Raipur | Filled entirely through MCC All India counselling — no state or management quota |
| Private colleges | State counselling against the notified uniform private fee |
A uniform fee means the differences that matter are clinical: bed strength, daily outpatient load and how much of it a first-year student actually sees. Compare hospitals here, not brochures.
The list
Every card carries what a family actually needs to compare: who runs the college, how many MBBS seats it has, what it indicatively costs and what the last NEET season looked like.

Working with us
When the fee is the same across colleges, bed strength and clinical load are the real differentiators. That is what we put in front of you.
It is an All India Quota seat end to end. If it is in range for your score, the plan runs through MCC registration and nothing else.
The state list is small, so a paperwork slip costs you proportionally more options. We verify before the rounds open.
Nine colleges is not many. We always pair a Chhattisgarh plan with All India and deemed options so you are not left with a single door.
Questions we get from Chhattisgarh families
Chhattisgarh notifies a largely uniform private fee, which is why the figures on this page cluster so closely. Small differences exist between institutions and the notification is revised annually — verify the current year’s figure before you commit.
Through MCC All India counselling on NEET-UG merit. There is no state quota, no management quota and no NRI quota at AIIMS — the only route is your rank.
For the 85% state quota, yes, on the terms DME notifies. The All India Quota through MCC has no domicile requirement.
Only if it is your whole plan. Nine colleges is a workable state list when it sits alongside an All India and deemed strategy, which is how we build it.
Bed strength, whether the hospital runs at full occupancy, the outpatient load, and the range of clinical departments. A medical college is only as good as the patients its students actually see.
No charge for the first conversation, no seat-blocking, and no promises we cannot keep. Just a counsellor reading your actual NEET result against this year's counselling.
