Rajasthan is the state where we most often meet a familiar problem: the student has spent two years coaching in Kota but holds domicile somewhere else. Coaching in a state does not make you eligible for its state quota, and finding that out during counselling is a painful way to learn it.
For students who do hold Rajasthan domicile the state counselling is comparatively clean — RUHS publishes the merit list, the seat matrix and the notified private fee slabs, and the rounds run to schedule.
